40 Something Leslie
In another scene, Debbie catches Pete playing Scrabble while sitting on the toilet. Mann doesn't have any qualms revealing that versions of that scenario really happen in her own home. "If [Judd's] in the bathroom for longer than, like, two and a half minutes, I know that he is tweeting or doing whatever he does," she tells me, rolling her eyes benignly. It feels like she's just tossed out something deeply private between them, only it isn't because, come on, we've all been there, and so how could that story end with anything but laughter?

"It's not that I was trying to avoid anything," he protests. "I only have something to offer if I'm interested in it. I am dead to repetition. That's just not what I do, not what I'm made of. So when I have repeated, it's been rather flat. I don't get the jones; I don't get the discovery."
Fortune has been extremely kind to Brad Pitt, something he has understood since he was very young, when he recognized that his extraordinary looks conferred extraordinary advantages. "I remember being in early elementary school and realizing that things are not fair," he says. "I was well aware that I could get away with more. It kept me up at night. I talked to my mom about it. She told me that just meant I had a greater responsibility. I had tremendous guilt over the lack of fairness, although at times I could be a little Satan with it. Maybe it was those very times that would bring me to guilt."
When an enemy grenade landed near a wounded comrade, Sabo used his body to shield the soldier from the blast as he tossed the grenade out of the way. Even though he had been wounded by automatic weapons fire, Sabo \"did something extraordinary,\" Obama said. \"He began to crawl straight toward an enemy bunker, its machine guns blazing.\"

"It was like a Wednesday night or something and ... we had a lot to drink. And the next day we were covered in bruises from the pole, because you have to be in really good shape to go on those poles. I mean, it takes a lot of core strength, which we don't have," she continued.
Norman struggles with his paranormal abilities, and Sandra, his mother (played by Mann), is far more sympathetic and understanding of him than his father, who is more aggressive in his approach. Sandra's support is something Norman desperately needs, and Mann plays her character perfectly.
@ Gojira and everyone else criticizing Leslie, why do you have to be so downright cruel? Leslie founded a business dedicated to providing healthy food and supporting small farms. She created a business from scratch, fed thousands of people good food, that was beautifully presented and it was her life for many years. So you rip her for trying to keep it alive, you rip her for hanging in there too long and incurring debt. Perhaps she reads this blog, but hopefully she doesn't because you all spout off ignorant comments and don't even know your facts, like she started taking credit cards, she started delivery, she offered a brunch menu, she secured a beer and wine license. At least she tried to do something, and the best you can do is criticize her. Oh and Gojira by the way the world doesn't care about your biker jacket and it doesn't revolve around you.I will miss this fine place and wish Leslie the best with whatever she decides to dedicate the next chapter of her life to.
Dear Angelicas, Leslie will miss you, have had many amazing meals in your old and new space. Was sad when you stopped delivery back in the day, happy you started again. Sent customers to you the other day , they wanted E.V. vegetarian, described the food as good and clean, an EV landmark. Happy to hear about your flower garden, beaches and more peaceful times too.Not able to donate to your fundraiser. For today my donations go to help children of undocumented immigrants who go to school not knowing if their parents will be deported while they are in class.& barley making it under the(told 2 week, now over 2 month scaffolding, customers say they cant find us between the screaming men from the shelter on one side(new challenge, was not allowed before) and looming scaffolding blocking view and sunshine) If you hear a bit of resentment, yup....And know only good will prevail & the taxes the management started charging the businesses over a year ago So they wouldn't have to raise the tenants maintenance, who bought their apartments for $250 from the city, last year. They are poor and we are?? Abundant in joy, folk art and culture Yeah !! makes my corazon sing. Feeling a major positive shift happening. Yo, known to be Srita optimist & Yes my story went into another tree branch .Back to point, in the past few years we barely went, there where strange seating rules, didnt like the adding wine and coffee, changed the vibe, loved having a "legal drug" free restaurant and mainly the staff was hit or miss, hipster, something types, missed the warmth. Was was happy when delivery started again. You will be missed and wish you the best in all your ventures, I know you know, when one door closes....Paz y luz always.

Pete: "This sounds horrible but do you ever wonder what it would be like if you and your wife were separated by something bigger, like her death?"Barry: "I have given that a fair amount of thought."Pete: "Not any painful way but just like a gentle floating off."Barry: "It's gotta be peaceful, I mean, this is the mother of your children."Pete: "Then the new wife would be great!"Barry: "God, I can't wait to meet my second wife. I hope she likes me better than this one."
Debbie: "We're going to blink and be 90. We have to make a choice to do things different. I've made a list. It's the do better list. We're 40 years old, if we don't do something now, when are we going to do it? Your eyes are kind of glazing over."Pete: "No, I'm just processing it all."Debbie: "We have to exercise everyday. We have to get more involved in school. We have to have more patience with the kids. We're in it together, we're a team. We have to get happy!"
