{TRAINING} HOUSE EXERCISE SKILL WEAPONS {TRAINI... UPD
This system was implemented in the game in update 11.73 to offer Paladins and Knights a quicker way to train their offensive skills by spending Gold, just like Sorcerers and Druids can do using Mana Potions. To train on a Dummy, simply use the Training or Exercise Weapon of choice on it. There are some important points regarding this method of training:
{TRAINING} HOUSE EXERCISE SKILL WEAPONS {TRAINI...
You are able to choose one of the following skill combinations for your training: Magic level + Shielding, Distance Fighting + Shielding, Sword Fighting + Shielding, Axe Fighting + Shielding, or Club Fighting + Shielding. You simply have to use the corresponding Training Statue in a training school to log out in order to activate offline training for your character.
Exercise Weapons are items that allow one to train their skills. Regular Exercise Weapons were added to the game on April 24, 2018. The Durable and Lasting weapons were added along the Winter Update 2020. The idea of a new training system was first presented through a Dev Note on September 20, 2017, but it was very different from this system that was actually implemented in the game.
There are exercise weapons for each skill and two types of each for magic level (Rods and Wands). These weapons can be purchased either in-game for in-game currency (see table below) or in the Store for Tibia Coins. In order for a character to train with such weapon, they have to 'use' it on an Exercise Dummy. Training Weapons are similar to Exercise Weapons but can be obtained for free from the Daily Reward System.
Exercise Weapons are quite powerfull, especially if our skills are low. If a new character with melee skill of 15 use one Lasting Exercise Weapon, he can get skill of around 66 in just 8 hours (regular training would take 2 and a half days, while offline training with time added to regenerate training stamina would take 9 and a half days). For a Paladin and his distance fighting (also starting at 15), that would result in a skill of 69 (1 day 4 hours of regular training, 9 and a half days of offline training). As for magic level (starting at 1), one Lasting Exercise Wand or Rod would result in 66 magic level for Druid/Sorcerer, or around 22 and 80% magic level for Paladin, or around 8 and 30% magic level for Knight.

The NCITA student honor code is based on the premise that persons aspiring to serve as Federal law enforcement officers for the IRS should exhibit the highest levels of personal conduct and integrity. The honor code prescribes that all work submitted by a student to successfully complete an NCITA training program shall be the sole product of the student. Each student has an obligation to uphold the highest standards of integrity in training and shall not tolerate dishonesty by other students at the NCITA. The honor code applies not only to written examinations but also to all work performed in the graded practical exercises of a training program. Honor code violations will result in termination from training.
Both technical and behavioral skill development is emphasized throughout the program. Critical thinking skills, with the underlying emphasis on core values, in a problem solving training environment. The program is practical exercise intensive.
Instruction is provided in the hard skill areas of integrated use of force, armed escort, and additional firearms training. The integrated use of force training introduces the trainee to CI's use of force procedures and consists of classroom instruction and physical training in weaponless tactics and team tactics. The firearms training includes range time and Simunitions.
The purpose of the on-the-job training (OJT) program is to provide newly trained special agents the opportunity to develop investigative skills by applying the knowledge learned in CITP and SABT while encountering the challenges present in a real-life situation. The special agent OJT program is designed to provide new special agents meaningful work assignments and assistance toward reaching a professional level of competency as quickly and efficiently as possible. The program requires that:
Non-lethal projectile weapons should be treated as live weapons and a firearms instructor should review all scenarios for safety purposes. Converting live fire weapons to temporary training weapons is prohibited. Exception: A live fire weapon may be converted to a training weapon only if the weapon will be permanently designated and clearly marked as a training weapon for the remainder of its useful life (see IRM 9.11.3, Investigative Property.
Integrated Use of Force training will include, but is not limited to: qualifications, live fire exercises, weaponless tactics drills, team tactics drills and scenario based exercises incorporating multiple training aspects. Integrated use of force training should incorporate areas such as the use of low light, flashlights, tactical gear, ballistic vest, ballistic shields, breaching equipment, radio communications, OC spray, vehicles, concealed carry, weak hand, multiple targets, decision targets, shotguns, rifles, movement, cover, etc.
attending a training event (e.g., conference, seminar, lecture) at the employee's request and management agrees the training provides knowledge or skill that will benefit the employee in advancing the mission of CI or the IRS.
Out-service training is non-IRS training and includes meetings, conferences, seminars, and symposia. The training must be designed to improve public service, achieve dollar savings, increase employee skills and efficiency, enhance employee retention, accomplish uniform administration of training consistent with the IRS mission, and ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees.
In the store you have an option to by an exercise dummy for your house. There's also exercise dummies that you can use in public near training statues for online training with an exercise or training weapon.
The Army provides specialized skills training for Soldiers who want to advance their Army careers. Soldiers meeting the right criteria may attend specialized schools and leadership training. Ongoing training opportunities include tactical, technical, physical, and leadership development. These programs help Soldiers to develop skills for an Army career and beyond.
The ASI is the sixth and seventh characters of the MOSC. It identifies skills requiring formal school training or other criteria specified in DA Pam 611-21. The sixth and seventh characters of the MOSC will contain "00" when the Soldier is not qualified for an ASI. ASIs show additional skills, training, and qualification a Soldier may possess, in addition to the Soldier's Military Occupation Specialty (MOS). ASI schools include non-military occupation specialty, or MOS, specific education. Since ASI refers to Additional Skill Identifiers, which means any eligible Soldier may attend the school to expand their knowledge. For example, a human resources Soldier can attend Airborne School alongside a wheeled vehicle mechanic. Although these Soldiers may be unlikely to use Airborne training when they return to their home units, they are welcome to take the course. The Army's other specialty ASI schools are Air Assault, Sapper, Pathfinder, Special Forces, Delta Force and Ranger.
