To find the link for the driver you need, select the dropdown list below and then scroll through it to find the type of Surface you have. Issues in VMs running older versions of the Citrix VM Tools for Windows can be investigated if the tools version was previously supported for the Citrix Hypervisor release, but any resolution or likelihood of VM recovery depends on the nature of the problem. You might also be requested to update to the latest set of tools and attempt to reproduce the issue. Any fixes will be provided in a later release of the tools.

Citrix Hypervisor enables you to automatically update the Management Agent on both new and existing Windows VMs. By default, Citrix Hypervisor allows the automatic updating of the Management Agent. However, it does not allow the Management Agent to update the I/O drivers automatically. You can customize the Management Agent update settings during Citrix VM Tools installation.
